Photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under public domain, CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA terms. Attribution is shown next to the image on each place page as well as here. Images are copied into our own storage so a page does not depend on Commons being reachable; the original source is kept on the record. If you are the creator of an image and the credit is wrong or you want it removed, email us via the contribute page and we will act on it.
